NYA are excited to announce the appointment of three new Trustees.  We welcome Amma Anderson, Daniel Chery and Ali Pickering to the Board.

Amma Anderson

Amma is committed to supporting young people on their transition into adulthood, a responsibility which she considers to be of high priority. She has more than 8 years experience in youth work and education, specifically in youth centres, schools, and charities. As such, she is eager to continue serving these sectors by utilising her governance, project management, and youth engagement expertise. This combination of career experience and her personal connection with the prerequisite objectives of youth work would be of significant value to NYA.

Daniel Chery

Daniel has over 28 years of experience in youth work and management. His experience ranges from local authority, further education, enrichment, targeted youth work, working with those looked after and in care (LAC), those at risk of exclusion, crime prevention, and youth offending. He also works with SEND young people and those with emerging and mild to moderate mental health needs.

Ali Pickering

Ali has over 20 years of marketing and brand building experience. She is currently a Marketing Director and has worked internationally in the global brand team.
