Think Big

Young people.  Changing their communities.

Think Big is a social action programme from O2, in conjunction with the National Youth Agency and UK Youth.  The National Youth Agency is delighted to be the lead agency for the campaign.  Our role is to manage the overall programme, and to work closely with youth organisations who want to join Think Big.

What is Think Big?

Setting up a local football team.  Painting a community centre.  Running a campaign to educate young people about knife crime.    

Young people are full of great ideas.  They’re full of energy and enthusiasm.  But they need help to turn it all into action.  Training. Support. Money.

Think Big is a programme to challenge young people aged 13-25 to make positive changes in their community.  If they’ve got a great project idea, we’ll help them get going.  We’ll give them support, training and funding to make it work.

Think Big aims to harness the incredible talents of young people to bring people together in their communities.  We want to help young people make the most of their potential, and inspire others.  To change the way young people think about themselves and their communities.  And change the way people think about them.

We want to work with youth organisations

We want to make sure that Think Big is open to all young people.  That’s why we’re giving guaranteed project funding to young people who join the programme through a youth organisation.

When you join Think Big, you’ll be helping your young people to take a leading role in their local community.  And you’ll become part of a movement that wants to shout about young people’s achievements.

Click on the youth partners page and fill out the Think Big Quality Mark application form.  This is a set of standards designed by the Think Big Young Advisor team.  Once you’ve submitted your application, we’ll get back to you within five days.  You’ll then get a visit from our Young Advisors to make sure that you’ve got all the information and support you need to join Think Big.

You’ll be listed on the Think Big website as a great youth organisation.

You’ll receive a Think Big Quality Mark certificate, guaranteed project funding for your young people and the chance to win loads of O2 goodies.
