Location map

By Rail

  • Direct rail routes go to London (St Pancras), Birmingham and Sheffield.
  • The National Youth Agency is just over 10 minutes walk from Leicester train station.

By Road

From the North

  • Exit the M1 at Junction 22 then take the A50 towards Leicester for approximately 7 miles (go through 4 roundabouts).
  • Turn left at Sanvey Gate 
  • Turn right at St Margarets Way/A6 
  • Take the first left onto Burleys Way/A594
  • Continue to follow A594 over the flyover and along the inner ring road/A594
  • At the next roundabout, take the fourth exit onto Humberstone Road 
  • Turn first left into Ann Street if you have booked parking at NYA, or first right into Clyde Street for the public car park.

From the South

  • Exit the M1 at Junction 21 and take the A5460 towards Leicester.
  • At the big roundabout opposite Fosse Park continue along the A5460/Narborough Road towards Leicester
  • Turn right at St Augustine Rd/A47 towards the city centre 
  • Turn left at St Nicholas Circle/Holiday Inn onto the A594 
  • Go straight on at next 3 sets of traffic lights.
  • Continue to follow A594 over the flyover and along the inner ring road/A594
  • At the next roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Humberstone Road.
  • Turn first left into Ann Street if you have booked parking at NYA, or first right into Clyde Street for the public car park.

By Air

  • East Midlands Airport by road follow directions from the North. There is also coach that goes to St Margaret’s Bus Station which is a 10 minute walk from NYA (see city map).
  • Birmingham International Airport – take the M42 and join the M6 south at junction 7.
  • Exit the M6 at junction 2 and take the M69 to Leicester, then follow directions from the south as already described above.

Car parking

For parking please follow the brown signs marked Curve. The National Youth Agency has one disabled car parking space available.  The team you are meeting can arrange to book this in advance, if you require.
