Our Main Strengths: Developed a coherent strategy supported by a robust action plan, which aims to provide young people with the opportunity to influence the shape, design, delivery of services within their neighbourhood.
Our Main Weaknesses: Current mechanisms focus on informal, one off projects. As an organisation we now need to look at ways to develop sustained involvement.
What we can offer to other in the region: Share good practice – Advice on what’s worked for us and how we support young people to develop the confidence to become involved.

Mapping and Planning Tool

Hear by Right is based around the Mapping and Planning tool. This website provides a space for organisations to share their maps and plans using the tool, both in order to share details of what they are doing locally, and to promote learning between organisations.
