Dealing with Discrimination

Every day people treated unfairly simply because of who they are. It may be because of their gender, race, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or age.

Discrimination of this kind can be direct or indirect and this difference is recognised in law.  The following pages outlines your rights and the law that ensures different types of discrimination do not take place.

Discrimination legislation
