Hear by Right Award
Achieving the Hear by Right award proves to service users, funders and your community that your organisation takes the voice of young people seriously and that participation is at the heart of service delivery and development. The award is currently available at Bronze, Silver and Gold levels. For each level, you will be required to demonstrate your good practice against indicators from the seven Hear by Right standards:

The Hear by Right Award is flexible and you can access it at any level. You could decide to start at Bronze and work up to achieving Gold. Or, if you have already got evidence of excellent participation, you might go straight for Gold. The National Youth Agency assesses your portfolio of evidence and if you are successful, you will receive a detailed report, highlighting the good practice within the organisation and also any recommendations on areas for future development.
