Mental Health

It is worth remembering that mental health is about health not illness.

Mental illness takes many forms and there are lots of popular myths about it. Nervous breakdown, psychosis, schizophrenia, manic depressive, all these words are used to describe types of mental illness. But they are often of an extreme kind. The result is that the popular view of mental illness ignores the manageable forms of depression, anxiety and stress which are more common in young people.
