West Yorkshire Connexions
Summary
Connexions West Yorkshire was made up of five areas: Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield. The Connexions Service in West Yorkshire is now devolved in individual local authorities, and Connexions West Yorkshire itself no longer exists.
When it was active, Connexions West Yorkshire used Hear By Right with a number of local partners and projects.
