What was achieved by the Beacon Peer Support Programme

The aim of the programme was to share the learning from the authority’s experiences, which have been drawn together as part of the practical resources in Making it Happen. These are presented as four key components – planning, delivering, embedding and sustaining – all essential, but not necessarily sequential.
