Young people wanted damaged fencing leading to railway lines and a dangerous spike on a sign to be repaired. After raising their concerns with the Parks Liaison Officer the fencing and the sharp spike have been repaired.

As part of a mystery shopping exercise a young person, without their B-line card to prove that they got half price travel was refused the right to travel because they did not have enough money. This was fed back to the bus company who reiterated their policy regarding allowing young people to travel to their bus drivers.

Young people wanted one to one meetings with their independent reviewing officer before their main review meeting. This was in order to provide the opportunity to discuss issues that they wanted raised in the main meeting but were reluctant to do so themselves. Young people now have access to their independent reviewing officer before the main meeting.
