Cornwall Children and Young People Strategic Partnership

Summary

Cornwall Children and Young People’s Partnership is participating in the DCSF funded Children’s Trust project supported by The NYA. The project seeks to improve Trusts’ participation outcomes for children and young people through the implementation of the Hear by Right standards. One of the main objectives of the programme is to share practice and document progress through the completion and collection of various forms of evidence. The shared practice is available here.

Mapping and Planning Tool

Hear by Right is based around the Mapping and Planning tool. This website provides a space for organisations to share their maps and plans using the tool, both in order to share details of what they are doing locally, and to promote learning between organisations.
