Our Main Strengths: Creative Skills and ideas, strong links with children and young people and staff who are committed to improving participation across the organisation
Our Main Weaknesses: Lack of time to establish new structures, the challenge of changing the ethos of the organisation and the resources to engage ‘hard to reach’ young people in participation processes
What we can offer to other in the region: Skills in participatory drama and arts processes and models that can be used to facilitate and enhance participation
Mapping and Planning Tool
Hear by Right is based around the Mapping and Planning tool. This website provides a space for organisations to share their maps and plans using the tool, both in order to share details of what they are doing locally, and to promote learning between organisations.
