Our Main Strengths: Setting up a working group within the organisation to ensure young people are heard and consulted. My role is to work with gypsy and traveller children to support them to access services and have their say as a marginalised group
Our Main Weaknesses: Having to go through hoops with the management to get it geared
Mapping and Planning Tool
Hear by Right is based around the Mapping and Planning tool. This website provides a space for organisations to share their maps and plans using the tool, both in order to share details of what they are doing locally, and to promote learning between organisations.
