Forest Heath District Council in Suffolk appointed a Community Youth Development Officer in 2003. Forest Heath makes use of Hear By Right alongside a Youth Action Plan, which ends in May 2005. Whilst currently working to the emerging standards of Hear By Right, Forest Heath hopes to use Hear By Right to build on the foundations laid since 2003 to increase and integrate children and young people.s active involvement across the organisation and its partners.
