Current Level using Hear by Right: Emerging
Our Main Strengths: We have commitment and buy-in from all senior managers across the whole of Community Health Services, which is key at this early stage. Also we link directly to service user involvement in Adult services, which is important as C+YP access some aspects of Adult services
Our Main Weaknesses: As we are emerging, we are only just putting into place the systems needed for recording and evaluating the involvement activities that are taking place. We are a large organization, so until this is established, a full picture of all of our achievements is not available in one place and therefore cannot be shared effectively to further improve practice
What we can offer to other in the region: We are keen to work in partnership with all agencies to empower young people to have their say about health services.
Mapping and Planning Tool
Hear by Right is based around the Mapping and Planning tool. This website provides a space for organisations to share their maps and plans using the tool, both in order to share details of what they are doing locally, and to promote learning between organisations.
