Current Level using Hear by Right: Emerging
Our Main Strengths: Our Big lottery funded national participation project. Having a worker in each of the 9 English regions committed to improving participation in services for children and young people. The VIK young people’s panel who campaign and influence policy makers .
Our Main Weaknesses: Vik is participation focused and using HBR as a mechanism of measuring progress. More organizationally wide, this is yet to happen
What we can offer to other in the region: Regional workers in each of the 9 English regions, developing training and advocacy support with regard to working with young people/ their effective participation in Mental health services. In CAMHS in particular and also school work, health and development. Panel of 20 young people consulted by government and do media work on request. Contact us to find out more.
Mapping and Planning Tool
Hear by Right is based around the Mapping and Planning tool. This website provides a space for organisations to share their maps and plans using the tool, both in order to share details of what they are doing locally, and to promote learning between organisations.
