Summary

Community Links purpose is to champion social change. LinksUK is the national team of Community Links. We harness the wealth of knowledge that exists in local communities to enhance the delivery of public service and influence national policy. We pioneer new ideas and new ways of working locally and share the learning nationally with practitioners and policy makers. Our evidence based research and policy contributions; training and consultancy programmes; events and public speaking; plus practical publications share experience from the ground up. As a result, we are recognised as national leaders in regeneration and social policy.

Current Level using Hear by Right: Established
Our Main Strengths: Making a real difference locally in the lives of children + young people. Listening to young people + involving them at project level
Our Main Weaknesses: Young people are not as involved at an organisational level as we would like them to be though we are working on this
What we can offer to other in the region: Sharing learning - about what we currently do in relation to innovative practice/projects working with young people especially those most at need

Mapping and Planning Tool

Hear by Right is based around the Mapping and Planning tool. This website provides a space for organisations to share their maps and plans using the tool, both in order to share details of what they are doing locally, and to promote learning between organisations.
