Summary
Catch 22 is a national charity for under-supported young people formerly called Rainer Crime Concern. They work with young people who are living on the margins: in or leaving care or custody, involved in or on the fringes of crime, out of work, struggling at school, homeless or facing young parenthood all without the safety net of a supportive family. Through local services across the country, Catch 22 gives more than 3,500 young people a day the skills, resources and support they need to start to change their behaviour, recover their confidence and get their lives back on track.
Details
Service user involvement has a long history in the services provided by Catch 22. Over the past two years, we have begun the exciting and challenging process of embedding service user involvement into systems and structures at Catch 22, both centrally and in our local services around the UK. We are committed to delivering quality services that meet the needs of our users, and we know that their meaningful participation in service design, delivery and evaluation is key to this. We have used the Hear by Right self-assessment tool as a way of achieving this

Mapping and Planning Tool
Hear by Right is based around the Mapping and Planning tool. This website provides a space for organisations to share their maps and plans using the tool, both in order to share details of what they are doing locally, and to promote learning between organisations.
