Government to Expand Work Experience Opportunities for Young Unemployed

Nearly one million young people have no direct experience of work – creating a lost generation of unemployed youngsters.
More than 260,000 under-16s are growing up in homes where no one has ever worked, according to figures released by the Department of Work and Pensions today.
