NYA responds to the Spending Review

It is clear that councils and the communities they serve will have to make difficult decisions about the services they can afford in the months and years ahead.
At the National Youth Agency we know that good youth work helps young people understand their role within their communities, and that it is often youth workers that help the most disadvantaged young people re-engage with learning or work. We believe that more than ever before it is vital that we invest in our young people, and ensure that they are supported by skilled youth workers so that they can make a positive contribution to their communities now, and as they grow up.
