“Select Committee Adviser Appointment will provide a Strong and Powerful Voice for Youth Work”, says National Youth Agency

The National Youth Agency has today (Monday 7 February 2011) welcomed the appointment of Tom Wylie to the role of specialist adviser for the education select committee inquiry into services for young people.
Janice Shine CB, National Youth Agency trustee chair, commented: “We would like to congratulate Tom Wylie on his appointment. As a former chief executive of the National Youth Agency, we know that he will provide a strong, powerful and influential voice for youth work and the youth sector.”
Mr Wylie headed the National Youth Agency from 1996 until his retirement in 2007, when he was succeeded by Fiona Blacke.
