Iain Duncan Smith will prioritise youth employment in welfare reform

Unveiling his ambition for welfare reform, Duncan Smith cited latest figures that show 1.4 million under-25s are not in education, employment or training. Of these, he believes that at least half 'are looking for a role in life, but cannot find one'.
