Report highlights inconsistencies in assessments of young offenders affected by alcohol misuse

Although the report found that most YOTs are offering effective health resources where alcohol misuse is seen to relate directly to offending, remaining inconsistencies have led to concerns that some young people who misuse alcohol are going without the appropriate help.
