Police, prisons and probation 'failing to tackle child gangs'

The report highlights a lack of co-ordination and of clear, effective guidance at a local level. The chief inspector of prisons Andrew Bridges has called for an integrated national strategy to support criminal justice agencies in their attempts to tackle the causes and effects of gang activity among under-18s.
