System offers 'patently inadequate' care for children, says Ofsted report

The latest Ofsted annual report finds that the most vulnerable children in England are being failed by 'patently inadequate' standards of care in schools, care workers and children's homes.

The report claims that frontline staff in schools and health centres are still unable to recognise signs of abuse.  Read more>>
