Summary: the newly formed Lancashire Young People’s Service (YPS) has developed a comprehensive capital strategy which is supported by its Asset Management Plan (AMP), which includes an Action Plan setting out a programme of work identifying strategic reviews and prioritiesBased largely on the AMP, the Service has already been successful in securing funding for new provision, particularly with regard to projects based on partnership working.

Capital costs: investment of approx £2.2 million between 2006-08.
