Information that will help you to plan answering your research question(s).

This stage is about planning your research design. Now that you have a question you need to think about how you are going to answer it.

The approach that you take towards answering your research question is sometimes called the methodology.

The approach that you take will involve:

• Thinking about the sample of people involved in your research project
• Thinking about the research methods you will use to collect ‘data’
• Thinking about the ethical implications of your approach
• Thinking about how you will analyse your data.
