Toolkits

Two toolkits currently exist to aid organisations with particular standards within the framework:

  • Hear by Right is a set of tried and tested standards for organisations across the statutory and voluntary sectors to assess and improve practice and policy on the active involvement of young people. Hear by Right can assist organisations with working through the Quality Mark’s ‘Involving Young People’ standard.
  • The Workforce Development toolkit helps to ensure organisations have the right people with the right skills in the right place to deliver effectively. The Workforce Development toolkit can help organisations to complete the Workforce Development standard within the NYA Quality Mark framework.

Training Events

Training events are held during the year for organisations using the Quality Mark self-assessment. These include events providing guidance on how to complete the self-assessment, assisting with recording evidence and demonstrating impact and preparing self-assessments for the National Award. Full details appear on the Training Events page >>
