Signposts Young Peoples Stakeholders Group

Signposts is a partner member of the Young Researcher Network (YRN) based in Morecambe. This page provides more information about their work, and will provide information about their research in the future.

"We have made a group called the Young Peoples Stakeholders group. We are part of Signposts and we meet every two weeks. The point of our group is to get Young People involved in making decisions and getting young people more concerned about the activities they take part in. We write funding bids and get involved in consultation and leadership."

"We have been successful in getting a YOF funding bid for equipment and a residential weekend."

"We are also doing a research project with the National Youth Agency about Young Peoples Views on Activities in Morecambe and Lancaster."
