Mentor UK CHAMP Awards 2008

Mentor UK is calling on the public, professionals and young people to nominate projects for the Mentor UK CHAMP Awards (Promoting Children’s Health through Alcohol Misuse Prevention).

The awards scheme is aimed at recognising projects in England, Scotland and Wales that can help prevent children and young people aged 14 or under from misusing alcohol – both now and in their future lives. In nominations are required for projects that promote healthy attitudes and behaviours and which help children and young people to avoid the dangers of alcohol misuse.

Awards will be made in the three categories, work in schools; in the community and for projects led by young people.
