Events Terms and Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Reservations cannot be accepted by telephone. The agency cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of registration information. Booking forms are not individually acknowledged; you will however be notified if a place is not available. If you have not heard from us within seven days prior to the conference, please contact the events office. The NYA reserves the right to cancel/amend or change events on the programme to suit demand.

CANCELLATIONS:

Written notice of cancellation will be accepted up to two weeks prior to event date. Prior to this date, the conference fee will be reimbursed less a 25 per cent administration charge. After this date no refunds will be available except at The Agency’s discretion. Substitutions may be made at any time. Please notify us of the change.

DATA PROTECTION:

The information supplied on this form will be retained by The NYA on a database. The NYA will compile a paper delegate list of names and organisations to be distributed at conferences/seminars. Participants may be contacted by letter or e-mail with details of future events and publications organised or promoted by The NYA which may be of interest to you.
