Recruitment papers required to complete The NYA job application process

Thank you for your interest in the post(s) we have advertised. Full details and information about The National Youth Agency and each individual job are listed on the relevant job page. If you feel you meet our requirements and can make a distinctive contribution to our work do please submit an application.

In order to be considered please return the completed background details form, a letter of application, and any other supporting documents to arrive at The Agency no later than the time stated on the closing date, details of which are provided on the application process info. In your letter of application you should address the requirements listed in the person specification and our more general requirements expressed in the information supplied. A letter of application must be sent even if you are enclosing a CV.

To assist with the efficiency of the shortlisting process, it would be helpful if you could please submit four sets of your completed application, each stapled together (original plus 3). Only the original equal opportunities monitoring form should be completed and returned with your application.

The NYA is an equal opportunities employer; selection will be made on merit. Although The Agency has only limited access we can offer a sensitive approach to disabled people and make every effort to meet individual needs.

We are unable to acknowledge receipt of applications. If you do apply but have not heard from us within five days of the short-listing date you should assume that you have not been successful on this occasion but we thank you in advance for your interest.
