Glynis is a woman with a mission: to help individuals, teams and whole organisations tap into their true talents - to master their 'perfect performance'. A master in management, she combines her 30 years service in personal and organisational development with seven World Master Track Cycling Championship titles, and two world records to create a rich, dynamic and inspirational resource for her clients. Using coaching, training and consultancy techniques Glynis thrives on facilitating change and development to increase senior management and organisational effectiveness. A student of the school of 'positive psychology' she is highly valued for her ability to work alongside clients wanting 'more success and less stress'. She is able to inspire even the most stressed individuals and teams using a range of transformational interventions.

Since leaving full time employment as Manchester's Head of Youth Service in 2000 Glynis has run her own coaching and consultancy business 'Perfecting Performance'. She is a Director at 'Off the Record', young people's counselling service and for 'Bike Right', a social business promoting cycling in Greater Manchester. She is also chairperson of Newton Heath SureStart Partnership Board.
