Creating an Integrated Youth Support System

The National Youth Agency is interested in the transitions made by organisations working with young people towards integrated working. We are therefore building an understanding of how integrated support and development systems for young people are being implemented locally across the country.

Creating Integrated Youth Support and Development

This is a joint statement from The National Youth Agency, the Association of Principal Youth and Community Officers and the National Association of Connexions Partners, which calls for a consistent advance with the Youth Matters strategy based on the five Every Child Matters outcomes and building on existing good practice.

"This requires a step change in how we support young people and help them to develop during their teenage years and into young adulthood, through a comprehensive youth offer", the statement says. Download a pdf of the statement:
