Contribution of Non-Formal Education to each of the Five ECM Outcomes
Every Child Matters sets out five outcomes that matter most to children and young people.
The case studies on this website illustrate how youth work can help achieve these outcomes. They have been provided by the organisations concerned, based on a structured proforma developed by The National Youth Agency.
Also of interest...
- Being healthy: enjoying good physical and mental health and living a healthy lifestyle;
- Staying safe: being protected from harm and neglect;
- Enjoying and Achieving: getting the most out of life and developing the skills for adulthood;
- Making a Positive Contribution: being involved with the community and not engaging in anti-social or offending behaviour;
- Economic wellbeing: not being prevented by economic disadvantage from achieving their full potential in life.
Case studies are being collected on an ongoing basis - each case study includes the date when it was returned, to give some indication of currency. For more information about contributing a case study, please contact Carolyn Oldfield.
