Young 'dreaming of living abroad'

A survey of 560 UK students aged from 11 to 18 has found that seven out of 10 young people want to live and work abroad one day, but that most do not have a second language.

The poll - by PCP Research - found 58% of those questioned did not speak a second language, while 71% wished they could. Ministers are using the research to encourage more young people to take up a language.  Read more>>
