Sex education 'must become compulsory in schools'

The Telegraph reports that a government funded report by the Independent Advisory Group on Sexual Health and HIV recommends compulsory sex education and that young people from the age of 11 should be taught about sexually transmitted diseases and contraception.

Other recommendations include a concentration on prevention, better contraceptive services and access to abortion.
