Children 'denied right to cultural life'

A campaign group consisting of leading authors and artists has claimed that the government is not doing enough to promote the arts for children and young people.

Action for Children's Arts (ACA) also wants schools to work harder to tap into young people's creative potential and has drawn up a manifesto for children's arts. Read more>>
