More money for sexual health services in further education settings

Public Health Minister Dawn Primarolo has announced that the government is to provide an additional £6 million over the next three years to further develop sexual health services in further education settings, as part of a wider drive to tackle unplanned teenage pregnancies and abortions among young women.

The minister was speaking at the 'Future of Abortion: Controversies and Care' conference, hosted by the British Pregnancy Advisory Service.  Read speech>>
