This is the third edition of Credit Where It’s Due and the accompanying Frequently Asked Questions, initially developed in June 2004 by The NYA in discussion with the Department for Education and Skills and revised in October 2004 following field trials. In this revision the guidance has been brought in line with the Best Value Performance Indicators and the Frequently Asked Questions considerably expanded.
