The National Youth Agency has a team of Associate Consultants. Here you will find detailed profiles of the team.

The NYA has a team of Associate Consultants who work with it in the area of Organisational Development. Initially this team was established in response to a requirement from the then DfES for support for local authorities whose Youth Services had been inspected by Ofsted and rated as “unsatisfactory”. From this starting point the team now works on various ad hoc projects around aspects of organisational development and implementation of new management approaches and policies. The Associate Consultants work with a variety of organisations providing services for young people.
