Education and Training Standards Committee (England)

The ETS Committee is made up of volunteer representatives from a wide range of youth work roles and organisational backgrounds.

The ETS Committee members chair the professional validation panels that review and inspect the universities and colleges of higher education that offer validated youth work programmes. The Committee members meet three times a year to discuss the outcomes of this professional validation work, the professional validation of vocational qualifications and the quality assurance of all qualifications. The Committee also considers contemporary developments in the youth work field and issues affecting youth work education and training.
