Using the Hear by Right Website

Question Mark

The Frequently Asked Questions page is where you are most likely to find an answer to a question that you have. If you are thinking it, it's likely that someone else has as well and if they haven't we will add your question to the list.

The Site Tour takes you on an audio and visual journey through the whole site giving helpful tips along the way. This is strongly recommended if you are new to the site, but will also be useful for even the most experienced as all new changed and developments in the site will be explained here.

If your question still remains unanswered then you can use the Contact page to forward your question to us where we will do our best to respond to you as quickly as possible.

If you are having trouble viewing this site please ensure that your browser is set to view at 1024x800 or above.

Further information and advice

The Participation team promotes the active involvement of young people in democracy and decision-making and in their communities.

We have two key principles about participation. First, that children and young people have the right to have their views heard and taken seriously through a process of dialogue; and second that this dialogue should lead to tangible change.
