Reservations cannot be accepted by telephone. The Agency cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of registration information. If you do not receive this email or if any information supplied is incorrect, please contact call 0116 242 7350 or email events@nya.org.uk.

Cancellations:

The above training is FREE but non attendance without notice of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the event will be liable to a cancellation charge of £100.
