Following the retirement of Fiona Blacke in March 2015, the NYA board has been considering how the leadership of the NYA should best be taken forward.
The board has decided to appoint Paul Miller, an NYA trustee of long standing, to take on the role of interim CEO. Paul will provide strategic leadership in the short term whilst the board look to recruit a permanent candidate by the beginning of 2016.
Paul has a detailed knowledge and commitment to the National Youth Agency, having been a trustee since 2010. He is a senior management consultant at WCL and has previously worked in the private sector and local government. Paul will bring his experience and insight to further develop NYA and ensure it continues in its position as the leading youth work organisation in England.
